Privacy Policy

How GENIPORT collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you access or use our applications, websites, and related services.

Last updated · July 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GENIPORT (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our applications, websites, and related services (the “Services”). It also explains your privacy rights and the legal protections available to you. We are committed to safeguarding the personal information of our users and their contacts.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, sharing, and processing of your personal information as described in this Policy. We use your data solely to operate, improve, and personalize our Services — never for purposes beyond what is disclosed here without your additional consent.

A. Personal Information Collected

1. Personal Information You Provide

We do not collect any of your personal data unless you voluntarily provide it or explicitly authorize us to do so. We do not compile personal information from any source other than directly from you or without your explicit consent — including from public databases — in compliance with App Store and Google Play marketplace policies.

Where account registration or in-app profiles are offered, information you provide may include: name, email address, and any content you choose to submit.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, we automatically collect limited technical data necessary for performance, security, and reliability:

  • IP address
  • Device model
  • Operating system and version
  • Screen resolution
  • Mobile carrier
  • Time zone settings
  • Network type (Wi-Fi/LTE)
  • Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA for iOS)
  • Cookies: Our Services use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, understand engagement, remember preferences, and improve our Services. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser or device settings.

3. Information Obtained from Third Parties

We collect data from third-party services to enhance user experience and improve our offerings:

  • Firebase Analytics: used to track user interactions and monitor subscription plans purchased by users.
  • Facebook SDK: used to track the performance of advertisements and their impact on user engagement.
  • Adjust: used to analyze advertising performance and measure attribution and user acquisition.
  • AdMob / Advertising & Analytics Partners: we may receive aggregated or anonymized information from our advertising partners to better understand user behavior, serve relevant ads, and improve service delivery.
  • Snap Camera Kit (Snap Inc.): powers in-app AR lenses/filters. Processes your live camera feed on-device to render lenses; not stored or sent to Snap unless you save or share the result.

Note: We do not collect personal data directly from you without your explicit consent, nor from publicly available sources. All third-party data processing complies with applicable privacy laws and is used strictly to enhance our Services.

B. Your Consent and Use of Personal Information

1. Granting Consent

By registering, creating a profile, or otherwise using our Services, you explicitly agree to our processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Service Delivery: provide, maintain, and ensure the stability and functionality of our Services.
  • Personalization: tailor content, features, and advertisements to your interests.
  • Account Management: support account access, authentication, and related functionality.
  • Communication: send updates, security alerts, and, where permitted, promotional messages.
  • Advertising & Measurement: deliver relevant ads and measure their effectiveness.

3. Analytical Use and Compliance

We may process anonymized or aggregated data to improve our Services, analyze usage trends, prevent fraud and illegal activity, and comply with legal requirements. Data collected for one purpose will not be reused for an unrelated purpose without additional consent, unless permitted or required by law.

4. Advertisements and Analytics

Third-party analytics tools may be used to understand usage patterns and improve service delivery. These analytics are derived from data collected through cookies and similar technologies, and do not, on their own, contain personally identifiable information.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain types of processing
  • Opt out of receiving promotional communications

You may exercise these rights, or manage/access/modify your data, by contacting us using the details below, except where retention is required for legitimate business or legal reasons.

6. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy is subject to updates, which will be reflected in the revised document available within our Services, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of our Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

C. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with other companies, organizations, or individuals, except in the following circumstances:

1. Sharing with Your Consent

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent. Once consent is obtained, we share only the data you have authorized, with the specific third parties or categories of third parties you approved, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Legal Compliance and Protection of Rights

We may disclose your personal information where necessary to:

  • Comply with legal requirements or respond to valid legal process, such as search warrants, court orders, or subpoenas.
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, ourselves, or the public, as required or permitted by law.

3. Service Providers

We engage service providers who perform functions on our behalf, and may share only the minimum personal information necessary — such as names, email addresses, service usage data, and transaction histories — with:

  • Cloud infrastructure providers
  • Customer support services
  • Payment processors (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Play Billing)

These service providers are bound by strict data protection obligations and may only use your personal information as directed by us, solely to provide the specific services requested.

4. Business Partners

We may share limited data — such as contact details or usage information — with business partners for collaboration or promotional purposes. This is done only with your explicit consent and is strictly controlled under confidentiality agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws and limiting use to agreed purposes.

5. Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, business negotiation, or sale of company assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy providing equivalent protection.

6. Public Interactions

If you engage in activities in public areas of our Services (e.g., shared content, community features), your information may be seen, read, collected, or used by other users. Exercise caution when disclosing personal information in these areas.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to understand and save your preferences for future visits and to compile aggregate data about traffic and interactions, helping us offer better experiences and tools.

D. App-Specific Permissions

The following permissions may be requested by GENIPORT apps, depending on the specific app and its features:

1. Tracking (App Tracking Transparency)

This app may request permission to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies. This data is used to deliver personalized advertisements and measure advertising effectiveness. Tracking is conducted in compliance with applicable privacy laws and applies only to devices running iOS 14.5 or later.

2. Photo Library Access

This app may request access to your photo library to let you browse and select images for use within the app. Access is limited to images you choose to interact with; no other images or library data are accessed or stored without your explicit consent.

3. Camera Access

This app may request access to your camera to capture images directly within the app, enabling features such as real-time editing, customization, or image enhancement. The camera is used solely for the app's stated features, and no images are captured or stored without your consent.

4. Photo Library Additions

This app may request permission to save edited or generated images directly to your photo library, giving you full control over storage and management of your images. The app will not alter, delete, or access any other files in your library without explicit authorization.

5. Push Notifications

This app may request permission to send push notifications for updates, feature announcements, reminders, and personalized recommendations. Notifications are sent in compliance with Apple and Google guidelines, and you can manage or disable them at any time in your device settings.

These permissions are necessary to provide the app's core functionalities and are handled in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.

E. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

F. Children's Privacy

Some of our Services are designed for children ages 3 and up. For these Services, we comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU's provisions on children's data (GDPR-K), and other applicable child-privacy laws:

  • No account needed. Children can use core, age-appropriate features without creating an account or entering personal information.
  • Minimal data only. We collect only the technical/usage data in Section A.2 needed for the app to function — no geolocation, contacts, or photos from children.
  • No behavioral ads to children. We do not use children's data or advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA) for interest-based tracking. Ads shown to children are contextual only.
  • No sale of children's data. We never sell it, and share it only with service providers strictly necessary to run the Service — never for third-party marketing.
  • Parental consent & control. Any feature that would collect a child's personal information (e.g., account creation, cloud save) requires verifiable parental consent first. Parents may review, request deletion of, or withdraw consent for their child's data anytime by contacting us below; we respond within the timeframe required by law.

For Services not directed to children, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, and will delete any such data promptly if discovered.

G. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required by applicable law, we take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
