We respect your right to control your personal information. If you wish to remove your account and the data associated with it, follow the steps below.
How to Delete Your Account
- Launch the app on your device.
- Tap Profile in the bottom menu bar.
- Choose Delete account at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm the deletion with the Delete button.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information is removed from our active systems:
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
- Authentication links to Apple, Google, or Facebook sign-in
- Usage history, bookmarks, and saved content
- App preferences and personalization settings
- Subscription and account activity records
Some information may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited period, or where required to comply with legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations. Anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to your identity may be retained indefinitely.
Manage Your Subscription Separately
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your platform provider before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
- iOS — Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → [App Name] → Cancel Subscription
- Android — Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → [App Name] → Cancel

If you cannot access the app or need assistance deleting your account, please contact us at support@geniport.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
